“Great holidays on Crete
We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Our kids (8&5) enjoyed the pool very much. Very good location to explore mid and west of Crete by car. Supermarkets and restaurants only 5 minutes away (by car). With windows shut (and AC on) you don’t hear the cars by night. Also super friendly and responsive hosts.”

Just spent a relaxing at this perfect villa ,upon our arrival we were met by George who showed us around the villa and made us so welcome. Just to add to the experience we were presented with a fresh Greek meal in the oven so we didn’t have to worry for our first evening, throughout the week we were contacted by valia to ensure we were happy , well we we were and I have nothing but praise for this villa and would recommend it to everybody”
“Amazing Holidays!
We stayed in villa Sylvia last summer for 14 days! The villa is fully equipped with quiet environment and absolutely private. Our 3-years old child enjoyed the pool and playing on the grass, as also the toys that we are provided.The hosts were incredible, we had welcome traditional meal when we arrived with raki. Super markets, restaurants and cafes are located just 2 minutes from the villa. It’s the perfect location if you want to explore Crete, because it is between Rethymno and Heraklion. We just had a booking for next summer. We are looking forward to staying there again.”
“Beautifully furnished villa in a private location
The villa is comfortable, clean and very well furnished. We were welcomed by the owners who were extremely friendly and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves so it was peaceful and we were not overlooked. It is only a short drive from Panormos for tavernas, shops and beach, or Perama for shops (where we frequently visited a fantastic coffee shop / bakery!)
We helped ourselves to peppers, tomatoes and herbs grown in the garden, enjoyed watching the sun set from our balconys and felt thoroughly relaxed. The children loved the pool, which was safe and warm. I would definitely choose this villa if I came back to Crete.”
“Wonderful Holiday
We have just returned from two weeks at Villa Sylvia and we have had a wonderful holiday. The villa sits between panormo and perama which are 2 fairly quiet resorts. Panormo is a port with lovely views and Porto Parasiris is a great restuarant with wonderful food.
The villa is beautiful and is very well equipped. It is tastefully decorated and the garden is full of fresh fruit and veg. The family who own the villa are wonderful and ensured we enjoyed our holiday to the full. Shout out to Dimitris, Roula, Irene & Giorgos who helped make our holiday the best.
We would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully be back there soon”
